Terms of Service
1. Services
Waviq Technologies LLC provides business messaging, workflow automation, setup, integration, maintenance and related support services. Features, channels, usage allowances, delivery dates and support levels are defined in the applicable written quotation or agreement.
2. Quotations, fees and taxes
Fees are confirmed in writing before paid service begins. Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes and third-party messaging, telephone, payment-processing or platform charges are additional. Payment schedules, renewal terms and usage charges are set out in the applicable quotation or agreement.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, maintain authorised access to their accounts and numbers, obtain any legally required consents, and use the services in accordance with applicable laws and the rules of Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio and other relevant platforms. Customers remain responsible for their business communications, content, offers and customer relationships.
4. Acceptable use
The services must not be used for spam, deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, infringement, malware, unauthorised data collection or any illegal activity. We may suspend affected services when reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, providers or legal compliance.
5. Third-party platforms
Messaging and automation depend on third-party networks and platforms. Their approvals, availability, pricing, delivery rules and policies are outside our control and may change. We do not guarantee that a third party will approve an account, template, number, message or integration.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, provider outages and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Material changes to a contracted service will be handled according to the applicable agreement.
7. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, trademarks and data. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables is determined by the written quotation or agreement. Customers grant us the limited rights necessary to configure, host, process and support their service.
8. Privacy and confidential information
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. Each party must use reasonable care to protect the other party's confidential information.
9. Cancellation, suspension and refunds
Cancellation notice, effective date, data export, suspension and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable quotation or service agreement. Fees already incurred for completed work, registered services, usage or non-refundable third-party charges may remain payable.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
Automation assists business operations but does not replace professional judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided according to the agreed scope and we are not responsible for indirect losses, customer-provided content, unauthorised account use, or failures caused by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. SMS Terms
Programme and purpose: Waviq customer-care SMS is operated by Waviq Technologies LLC at +1 313 394 7360 for customers in USA. Our automated assistant answers customer-initiated enquiries about Waviq's services and support. It is not an emergency service.
Consent and frequency: Text ENQUIRE to the published number to request automated assistance. Replies relate to your enquiry. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Contacting this assistant does not enrol you in recurring messaging or promotional broadcasts.
Charges: Waviq does not charge an enquiry fee for this conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and plan determine any charges, including international or roaming charges where applicable. Purchased business services are charged separately under an agreed quotation.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out. A final confirmation may be sent; further SMS messages will stop unless you provide renewed consent. Opting out does not itself cancel an existing appointment or service agreement. Use the relevant booking process or contact support for cancellation.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance or email info@waviqtech.com. You may use email if you prefer not to receive SMS.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle message content, phone numbers and messaging preferences.
Delivery: Messaging depends on mobile networks and third-party systems. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Automated answers may need correction or clarification by our team.
Client businesses: These SMS Terms cover Waviq's own enquiry number. SMS services operated for client businesses require their own appropriate sender identification, registration and consent arrangements.
